Someone wise once told me...

"You have a doctor for your physical health, a therapist (or BFF!) for your mental health - you need someone in your life to help you take care of your financial health."

You've probably heard that to lose weight, you should eat less and move more. But if it were that simple, so many people wouldn't struggle with weight loss. There are a myriad of other factors to consider, including habits, history, and psychology.

It's the same way with money - the basic equation is simple: spend less and save more. But, as with weight loss, there are so many other factors. That's where I step in - I'll help you dig deep into your spending habits and inherent feelings about money, and align your financial life with your values.

When I graduated college, I felt like I was smart, capable, and on top of the world. I confidently walked into my first job, sure that I would have the answers to everything. And then the HR professional asked me how much I wanted to defer into my 401k. WTF is a 401k? My illusion that I knew everything came crumbling apart. I felt frustrated that with so much training and education, I was never actually taught about this vitally important facet of life.

We spend so much of our lives learning about the world and training for our careers, yet so little time becoming educated on how to manage our finances. My goal is to provide you with a plan that will help live the lifestyle that you want while making sure that your spending is aligned with your values. I will provide you with all of the tools you need to find the perfect balance between managing your financial life and living your best life.
